getcarcredit.com and any other websites, mobile sites, and other online applications and products and services (collectively, the "Sites")
provided by J.D. Byrider, Car Now Acceptance Corporation (CNAC), their parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates ("J.D. Byrider", "we", "us", or "our") . This privacy policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree
with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Sites. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to this policy. This policy may change
from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Sites, including information:

A Vehicle" or "Locations" functions on the Sites, you will be required to enter your zip code.
When you use the "Request an Appointment" function, you will be required to enter additional
information, such as your phone number and e-mail address.
- Information that you provide when you pay us by check or make a payment on https://payments.cnac.com/.
- Information that you provide when you apply for financing, such as your income information.
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
- Information that you provide when you use the Chat Now function.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us.
- Details of transactions you carry out through the Sites, such as your recently viewed vehicles.

Information that you provide when access, visit and/or use any third party social networking service(s) that may be integrated with or
linked to the Site. See Section 2 below for more information.
- When you participate in online Promotions (as defined in our Terms of Use).
- When you subscribe to newsletters, editorial content or promotional content sent via email, mobile app or text message.
- Your search queries and pages visited on the Site.
- Credit report information if you choose to get pre-qualified and agree to us accessing your credit report(s).
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with the Sites, we may
use cookies and other automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, geographic location,
browsing actions and patterns, including:

Log file information – when you use the Sites, our servers automatically record certain
log file information, which may include your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP")
address, operating system, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, geographic
location of you and/or your computer, mobile or other device, number of clicks and how
you interact with links on the Site, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other
such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our users
which helps us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.

Sites, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or
more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures

help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Sites. These tools collect information sent
by your device, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that
assists us in improving the Sites.

similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information
about how you use the Sites. A cookie is a small text file containing information that a
website stores on your computer's hard disk so the site can remember something about

a particular Site so that the user does not have to re-enter information, etc., each time he

generated toll-free numbers, we (or a service provider acting on our behalf) may collect
non-personally identifiable information about the call (e.g. date, time, duration), as well
as personally identifiable information (e.g. your name, the number from which your call
originated).
The information we collect helps us to improve the Sites and to deliver a better and more personalized
service, including by enabling us to:

- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Sites according to your individual interests.

Information We Collect Through Third Parties. In order to process some of your requests, including
requests for financing, we will seek out information about you from third parties, such as credit bureaus. This
information may include assets and payment history, credit history and credit scores.
We reserve the right to merge or co-mingle anonymous or non-personally identifiable data about you,
your offline and online behavior, and/or your computer, mobile or other device (including its geographic
location), with your personally identifiable data for any lawful business purpose.

If you access, visit and/or use any third party social networking service(s) that may be integrated with or
linked to the Sites, we may receive personally identifiable information and other information about you and
your computer, mobile or other device that you have made available to those services, including information
about your contacts on those services. For example, some social networking services allow you to push content
from the Sites to your contacts or to pull information about your contacts so you can connect with them on or
through the Sites. Some social networking services will facilitate your access to features made available on the
Sites (e.g., if you use your Facebook, Google, or Microsoft Windows Live account to access your CNAC
account information). You should make sure you are comfortable with the information your third party social
networking services may make available to the Sites by visiting those services' privacy policies and/or
modifying your privacy settings directly with those services. We reserve the right to use, transfer, assign, sell,
share, and provide access to all personally identifiable information and other information about you and your
computer, mobile or other device that we receive through third-party social networking services in the same
ways described in this policy as all of your other information.
- DO-NOT-TRACK.
We are unable to respond to "do not track" signals or similar tools and settings. We do not provide any
information gathered from your activity on our Site to any third parties for online behavioral advertising
purposes. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online
activities when you use the Sites.
- THIRD-PARTY USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.
Some content or applications on the Sites may be served by third-parties, including content providers

wish to receive future commercial messages from us, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions
contained within the message you receive. (But note that you may continue to receive certain
communications from us, such as transactional or relationship messages, and/or messages about
your account/profile).

To communicate about, and administer your participation in, special events, programs, and other
offers or Promotions

To deliver content (including advertising) correlating to your interests and browsing and usage
history, both within the Sites and on other websites and applications;

Financial Privacy Policy Notice , which provides choices in the use and sharing of information.

application information with the dealership(s) you selected and our financial partners so that they

dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of J.D. Byrider's or CNAC’s assets, whether as a
going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal
information held by J.D. Byrider or CNAC about the Sites’ users is among the assets transferred.

Access to information that we collect and maintain about you may be available to you. For example, if
you created a password-protected account within the Sites, you can access that account to update the
information you previously provided. Additionally, if you believe that information we maintain about you is
inaccurate, subject to applicable law, you may request that we correct or amend the information by contacting
us as indicated in the "Questions or Comments" section below.
- YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Sites that are California residents to request
certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing

- CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
The Sites is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any
personal information to or on the Sites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under
18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Sites, use any of the features of the Sites
or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information
from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we

- DATA SECURITY
We have adopted reasonable security measures, appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal

you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Sites, you are responsible for keeping this
password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we
have adopted reasonable security measures protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security
of your personal information transmitted to the Sites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own
